About
Hello to you! My name is Paige Negrete, though my favorite people know me as Coach Paige. I'm so excited to be bringing gymnastics to families of the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. I have spent the past five years coaching athletes of every age, ability, and agenda. Boys, girls, children with special needs, adults, recreational & competitive athletes, dancers, tumblers, cheerleaders, and acrobats ... you name it, I have coached it! My goal is always the same; to nurture and nourish every gymnast to be confident in their skills and enjoy creating healthy habits through gymnastics!

Private Lessons
One-on-one instruction is perfect for the gymnast, cheerleader, or dancer with specific goals. Private lessons are individualized to meet your athletes needs and abilities.
Our Story
Gymnastics that Grows
South Bay Sprouts was started in 2020 with one goal: to grow kids through gymnastics. We wanted to encourage our students to get outside, to be active, and to always ask for a challenge. Within the past 8 months, we've unapologetically cheered on over 70 kids as they twisted and tumbled. Our hope is to continue nourishing and nurturing everyone we encounter, while defining and building confidence, inspiring positivity, soaking up the sun, having loads of fun... and, oh yes, learning gymnastics!
